Hello and Welcome to my Rusty Nail's Online Edition Home page.

I have been in IT applications system selection, design, development, implementation,  and sales over 20 years. I spent the first 10 in the selection and implementation of Manufacturing and Distribution systems around ERP: Enterprise Resource Planning and SCM: Supply Chain Management and CRM: Customer Relationship Managment. I have implemented systems across a diverse industry space including Retail, Utilities, Transportation, Telecommunications, Consumer Products, and Healthcare. An area that I have not spent alot of time in is public sector and government.

The last 10+ years has been in Sales & Consulting for CRM/ERP/SCM. My CRM history is rich in solutions experience from Siebel, Oracle, Peoplesoft, JD Edwards, PRMS, American Software, SAP to name some of the solutions I have worked with in this space. Recently I have been working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Sharepoint along with Commerce Server. I think these technologies have come a long way in the past three years and are now enterprise worthy. But my core strength has been Manufacturing.

From my extensive work on the shop floor in my early days to system selection and design later on, I have developed the ability to build relationships easily that create that trusted advisor relationshop within the accounts I work from the deep experience across multiple industries and solutions.

I currently work with companies to help build and expand new and existing relationships to provide win-win solutions that create compelling ROI: Return on Investment in the IT Applications Arena. My early programming days, and current knowledge level of systems platforms and technologies allows me to bridge the gap between business managers, IT management, and solutions providers. Building value based solutions that solve business issues creates a strong business case for vendor/customer relations to improve revenue, decrease costs, and increase process efficiencies.
